Cleaning of 5 ton liquid tank and infusion pipeline:

1 Flushing: Use purified water to flush the inner wall of the tank and the piping system online for 10 minutes with purified water, remove the probe and install it after cleaning.

2 Alkaline washing: Heat about 500L of 2% lye to 80~85℃, and pump it into a 5 ton tank online through the cleaned movable pump, and turn on the No. 2 pump for online circulation for 20 minutes. Collect the lye in the 5 tons tank.

3 Boiling water flushing: 1 Fill the tank with purified water, heat it to boiling, pump boiling water into a 5 ton tank online and circulate it for 10 minutes at the same time to drain the water. 2 Continue to pump boiling water to the filling room for cleaning. 3 Open the steam valve on the upper tank in the filling room, and sterilize the liquid infusion pipeline and the upper tank to the filling room with circulating steam for 30 minutes, and the steam pressure is 0.3~0.4Mpa.
