Electrically heated stirring tank is for mixing, blending, homogenization of materials, with stable operation and low noise, simple operation, strong adaptability and other characteristics, is the ideal mixing, dispersing machinery and equipment. Before using the electric heating mixing tank, the tank must be scalded with light hot water, and then washed and disinfected with steam. All kinds of materials into the tank, need to be fixed in the tank lid of the material tube or open tank lid pour into the input material should not be filled too full, so as to avoid the material is stirred out of the splash, the formation of environmental unhygienic or lost.

When the electric heating and mixing tank leakage, we should check how:

(1) electric heating tube out of the insulation at the end (wiring insulation and magnesium oxide powder insulation) is damaged;

(2) whether the surface of the electric heating tube pipe is broken due to improper use;

(3) electric heating tube junction is not touching | liquid or other conductive media;

(4) circuit wire fallen and carrier touch;

(5) whether the electric heater power supply parts due to pollution resulting in leakage;

(6) the high-power electric heaters are not effectively grounded;

(7) electric heaters have been burned.
