Magnetic stirring tank is composed of four parts: tank body, magnetic stirrer, heating method, safety and protection device.
The tank body: mainly consists of two major parts: the tank body is made of high strength stainless steel plate rolled, the tank lid is a flat plate or convex head, the lid is opened with air inlet, filling port, pressure measurement port, safety and explosion-proof port and other different caliber receiver. The tank body and the cover are equipped with sealing gaskets, which are sealed into one by the main bolt and the main nut.
The magnetic stirrer is driven by the motor reducer to rotate the outer magnetic steel body, which drives the inner magnetic steel body of the sealed cover to rotate through the magnetic line, thus driving the stirring shaft and stirring paddle to achieve the purpose of stirring. In order to make the magnetic stirrer operate normally, the magnetic stirrer is equipped with a cooling water jacket. When in use, cooling water needs to be passed between the cooling water jacket to reduce the temperature so that the magnetic material of the magnetic stirrer does not demagnetize. Different stirring blades are selected according to different reaction media to achieve the effect of fully stirring the materials in the kettle.
The magnetic stirrer device is connected to the kettle cover with high pressure flange and screw - body, and the middle is sealed with the tank cover by metal sealing gasket or non-metal gasket to achieve static sealing. Two forms of motor or motor with reducer are used for transmission device: motor and magnetic stirrer are connected with triangle belt for lateral transmission, and the other one is driven directly by motor with reducer.
Heating method: Different heating methods are selected according to the user's requirements, such as steam heating, water bath circulation heating, heat-conducting oil circulation or heat-conducting oil electric heating and far-infrared heating. Mainly by welding the jacket outside the tank, through the steam water circulation, oil circulation, or in the jacket directly inserted into the electric heating tube direct heating, etc.
Safety and protection device: The safety valve or safety bursting device can be set on the tank lid according to the user's needs. When the pressure inside the tank exceeds the specified pressure, the safety valve will open automatically or the bursting disc will burst and lower the pressure by itself to ensure the safety of the equipment.
