Paint is a liquid or solid material that can be applied to the surface of an object under certain conditions to form a thin film for protection, decoration or other special functions. The main raw materials of paint are resin, emulsion, additives, water. Pigments, organic solvents and many other components. The production process of coatings involves the breaking up of solid pigment particles by external forces and dispersing them in a resin solution or emulsion to form a uniform and fine suspension dispersion. The production process of coatings requires the use of stainless steel mixing tanks, colloid mills, bag filters and other equipment.
1. Pre-treatment, dispersion: first resin, emulsion, oil and other major raw materials, in the role of organic solvents or water, into the stainless steel mixing tank for stirring and mixing, mixing tank stirring device with dispersion, can effectively make the material broken, dispersed evenly, to get the pigment colour paste semi-finished products called mixing colour paste.
2. Grinding: The mixed colour paste is then ground and dispersed through a colloid mill to obtain the pigment colour paste.
3. Blending: After dispersion, stirring and grinding, the pigment paste is put into another stainless steel mixing tank, and auxiliary materials such as additives, pigments, fillers and colour pastes are added and mixed again. This process is called colour mixing of the paint.
4 Filtration: With the appropriate filtering equipment, the paint is filtered to improve the appearance and quality of the product and to complete the production of the paint.
