1 stainless steel pressure agitator tank before use: check whether the tank, agitator, rotating parts, ancillary equipment, indicating instruments, safety valves, pipelines and valves meet the safety requirements.

2 stainless steel pressure stirring tank in use: open the stirrer before adding material to the reaction kettle, the amount of material added shall not exceed the process requirements. Before opening the steam valve, open the return valve first, and then open the inlet valve. Open the steam valve slowly, make it preheat the jacket, gradually increase the pressure, and the pressure in the jacket is not allowed to exceed the specified value. Steam valve and cooling valve can not be started at the same time, steam pipeline over the gas is not allowed to hammering and collision. When opening the cooling water valve, open the return valve first, then open the inlet valve. Water-ring vacuum pump, to start the pump after the water, stop the pump, stop the pump first after the water, and should exclude the pump water, check the operation of the mixing tank at any time, abnormalities should be stopped for maintenance.

3 stainless steel pressure mixing tank after use: stop stirring, cut off the power supply, close all kinds of valves. Pressure mixing tank must be required by the pressure vessel for regular technical inspection.
