1. Check whether the movable parts and fixed contacts on the panel and rear plate are normal, remove the upper cover, check whether the connector contact is loose, whether there is damage or corrosion caused by poor transportation and storage.
2. When installing the kettle cover, the sealing surface between the kettle body and kettle cover should be prevented from bumping against each other. The kettle cover is carefully placed on the kettle body according to the fixed position, and the main nut must be tightened diagonally and symmetrically for several times. Force should be uniform, do not allow the kettle cover to tilt to one side, in order to achieve a good sealing effect.
3, high pressure stainless steel reaction kettle should be placed indoors. When equipped with multiple autoclaves, they should be placed separately. Each operating room should have a direct exit to the outside or access, and ensure good ventilation at the equipment location.
4, at the connection of positive and negative nuts, only the positive and negative nuts can be rotated, the two circular sealing surfaces shall not rotate relative, all nut grain connection parts should be coated with lubricating oil when assembled.
5. Check whether the operation is flexible by hand pan the rotary body on the kettle.
6, needle valve line sealing, only gently turn the needle, pressure tight cover, can achieve good sealing effect.
7, the controller should be placed flat on the operating table, its working environment temperature is 10-40℃, relative humidity is less than 85%, the surrounding medium does not contain conductive dust and corrosive gas.
8. After operation, it can be cooled naturally, cooled by water or cooled over the support. After the temperature drops, the pressure gas in the kettle is released, so that the pressure drops to normal pressure (the pressure gauge shows zero), and then the main nut is symmetrical and evenly loosened, and then the main nut is removed, and then the kettle cover is carefully removed and placed on the bracket.
9. After each operation, residues on the body and cover of the stainless steel reactor should be removed. The main sealing mouth should be cleaned frequently and kept clean. It is not allowed to wipe with hard objects or rough surfaces.
