1. Special care shall be taken when charging the mixing tank. Try to avoid heating materials in empty tank or adding cold materials in hot tank. Excessive temperature difference impact has a certain impact on the performance. At the same time, it shall ensure that no hard solid objects will be transferred into the kettle. For large hard materials that must be added, they shall be added after crushing.

2. During operation, it should be noted that when the equipment is heated through the jacket, it should be pressurized and heated slowly. The pressure of 0.1mp shall be introduced in advance, and after holding for a quarter of an hour, the steam shall be slowly introduced to reach the operating pressure.

3. During operation, pay attention to the sealing of mixing tank or flange, connecting plate, manhole and stuffing box. If leakage is found, take measures immediately.

4. During discharging, it should be noted that if the mixing tank is blocked, metal tools cannot be used to shovel. When cooling is required after the reaction, cooling water must be supplied to the jacket after the temperature naturally drops to a certain extent. Thus, no leakage under high temperature and high pressure is realized.
