Stainless steel emulsifying tank is a stainless steel tank equipment used for homogeneous mixing emulsification in emulsifying machine. It is widely used in food, pharmaceutical, daily chemical, chemical and other industries. When customers customize the emulsifying tank, they often focus on the specification, material, function, configuration and other aspects of the emulsifying tank equipment, while the wall thickness of the emulsifying tank is often ignored. In terms of service life, wall thickness is also a very important factor affecting service life.
In order to select the wall thickness more accurately to meet the production demand, you also need to understand some precautions of the wall thickness of the emulsion tank. The wall thickness of the emulsifying tank is related to the volume of the tank, raw materials, specific gravity, excitation temperature, corrosivity of the contents, environmental conditions and other factors.
1. Volume factors. Generally speaking, the volume is directly proportional to the wall thickness of the emulsion tank, and the value of the thickness is obtained through scientific theoretical calculation or experience based on the same volume, data, specific gravity and excitation.
2. Stress factors. In production, the greater the pressure of the emulsion tank, the greater the thickness. The stainless steel emulsifying tank can accept high pressure.
3. Temperature factors. The wall thickness does not need to be adjusted additionally for the normal temperature. When the temperature of the emulsifying tank to be heated is high, the material of the emulsifying tank shall be temperature resistant, and the thickness of the emulsifying tank shall be thicker than that of the normal temperature.
4. Material corrosion. It is highly corrosive and has a certain amount of constant corrosion every year. The thickness of the emulsion tank should be thickened, and the thickened thickness is the corrosion thickness within the service life. If there is corrosion but only the surface is corroded (barrier layer occurs), the thickness of emulsion tank shall also be thickened. The specific dosage thickness is calculated. Or choose another corrosion-resistant material.
5. Environmental conditions. This mainly involves the surface corrosion of the emulsifying tank. Under the corrosive natural environment with poor environmental conditions, the wall thickness of the stainless steel emulsifying tank also needs to be added.
