Stainless steel reactor is the main reaction vessel in industrial production. Some faults may occur after long-term use. Whether shell perforation or seal leakage will affect production safety. Let's learn more about the following common troubleshooting methods.
1、 Shell damage: the shell damage of stainless steel reactor mainly includes shell corrosion, shell crack and shell through hole. These failures are caused by medium corrosion, thermal stress and wear. Corrosion resistant materials can be used to damage the housing. If the enclosure is repaired or welded, the stress shall be relieved and the cracks repaired after welding. If the shell exceeds the lower limit of allowable thickness, replace the valve body in time.
2、 Seal leakage: seal leakage mainly includes packing seal problems and mechanical seal problems, such as wear or corrosion of mixing shaft at packing, resulting in excessive clearance; The size of the sealing ring is wrong, the pressing force is insufficient and the sealing property is lost. According to different seal leakage, the treatment methods are also different. It is mainly to replace or repair the mixing shaft in time, and handle it on the machine tool to ensure the roughness, compress the filler or replace the filler; The selection and installation of sealing ring shall be reasonable to ensure sufficient pressure;
3、 The noise is mainly caused by the following reasons: the agitator rubs the stainless steel reaction kettle thermometer tube and other accessories or scrapes the wall, the agitator is bent or the bearing is damaged, the agitator is loose and the lining bulges out, and collides with the agitator. In order to solve the noise problem in the kettle, repair and correct it in time, increase the distance between the mixer and the accessories in the kettle, tighten the bolts, repair the protruding part, and replace the lining if the lining is thick. Bulge, if the bearing is damaged, repair or replace it.
If the stainless steel reaction kettle fails, the user can first troubleshoot the fault himself, and then deal with various fault phenomena accordingly.
