Operating procedures for stainless steel pressure reactor:



1.Before using the high-pressure reactor: check whether the tank, agitator, rotating parts, auxiliary equipment, indicating instruments, safety valves, pipelines and valves meet safety requirements.


   
2 When the high-pressure reactor is in use: turn on the stirrer before adding materials. The number of materials added must not exceed the process requirements. Before opening the steam valve, first open the return valve and then the intake valve. The steam valve should be opened slowly to preheat the jacket and gradually increase the pressure. The pressure in the jacket should not exceed the specified value. The steam valve and the cooling valve cannot be activated at the same time. Hammering and collision are not allowed when the steam  pipe is full of steam. When opening the cooling water valve, open the return valve first, and then the inlet valve. For water ring vacuum pumps, start the pump first and then supply water. When stopping the pump, stop the pump first then the water. The water in the pump should be removed. The operation of the mixing tank should be checked at any time. If any abnormalities are found, it should be shut down for maintenance.


3 After the high-pressure reactor is used: stop stirring, cut off the power supply, and close various valves. High-pressure reactors must undergo regular technical inspections in accordance with the requirements of pressure vessels.
