Stainless steel reactors are widely used in the production of chemical, pharmaceutical, food, petroleum, scientific research and other industrial fields, and are currently indispensable reaction equipment in the industry. When each stainless steel reactor is shipped from the factory, Zhonghao’s staff will conduct factory inspections on the reactor equipment for the safe use of the reactor equipment. The inspection content includes: structural design inspection, equipment quality inspection, equipment installation inspection, and operation quality Inspection, equipment pressure inspection, etc., all factors affecting the normal operation of the stainless steel reactor must be ensured to be correct before leaving the factory.
The test run inspection of the stainless steel reactor is as follows:
1. The mechanical transmission part of the reaction kettle will not make any abnormal noise during trial operation;
2. The rotation is brisk, and the lubrication of all parts meets the requirements;
3. The inside of the kettle and the jacket should be guaranteed not to leak or bulge; the inner coiled tube, pressure tube, and thermometer casing should be firm and reliable;
4. There should be no collision between the agitator in the reactor and the heating coil, pressure tube, thermometer sleeve and other parts in the equipment.
5. The temperature of the motor and reducer of the reactor is normal, and the electric current is stable;
6. The seal is reliable, the leakage meets the requirements, and the swing amount of the seal should not exceed the specified value.
In addition, the stainless steel reactor should strictly avoid metal or hard materials from falling into the tank when adding materials during use, so as to avoid damage to the equipment. When using the jacket, it should be slowly heated and not exceed the working pressure range.
