In production, because the stainless steel reactor usually works under pressure, the reactor is equipped with a pressure gauge to indicate the pressure in the reactor. There are many kinds of pressure gauges on the reactor, including ordinary pressure gauge, ammonia pressure gauge, oxygen pressure gauge, electric contact pressure gauge, vibration-resistant pressure gauge, pressure gauge with inspection pointer, etc. The selection of the pressure gauge of the reactor should be based on the requirements of use and specific analysis should be made for the specific situation.
In accordance with the technical conditions proposed in the production process, based on the principle of economy, and rationally selects the type, model, range, and accuracy level. There are three main considerations for selecting a pressure gauge:
(1) Determine the range of the meter according to the size of the measured pressure. For elastic stainless steel reactor pressure gauges, in order to ensure that the elastic elements work reliably within the safe range of elastic deformation, sufficient leeway must be considered when selecting the range of the stainless steel reactor pressure gauge. Generally, the measured pressure is relatively stable. In the case of, the maximum pressure value should not exceed 3/4 of the full scale; in the case of large fluctuations in the measured pressure, the maximum pressure value should not exceed 2/3 of the full scale. In order to ensure the measurement accuracy, the measured pressure value should not be less than 1/3 of the full range.
(2) When selecting, consider the nature of the measured medium. Such as temperature, viscosity, corrosiveness, dirtiness, inflammable and explosive, etc. Also consider the environmental conditions on site, such as high temperature, corrosion, humidity, vibration, etc. To determine the type and model of the stainless steel reactor pressure gauge.
(3) Determine the accuracy of the instrument according to the maximum measurement error allowed by the production. When selecting, the stainless steel reactor pressure gauge with lower accuracy, low cost and durability should be selected as far as possible while meeting the production requirements.
When customizing the stainless steel reactor, the stainless steel reactor pressure gauge can be selected according to the actual production situation.
