The stainless steel rotor pump has a very wide range of applications. It can be used not only in industries that require high sanitary conditions such as medicine and food, but also in weakly corrosive situations, such as fine chemicals, cosmetics, printing and dyeing, and brewing industries. Rotor pump has the characteristics of long service life, high mechanical efficiency, convenient disassemble for maintenance, so there is almost no wear of parts (except mechanical seal) during operation of the rotor pump, no friction between the rotor and the rotor, and no wearing parts. The following are the effects of the reverse rotation can cause.
The effect of the reverse rotation of the rotor pump motor:
1. When the rotor pump is reversed, the head lift may not go up.
2. The motor of the rotor pump can be reversed, but the impeller cannot be reversed. In the case of reverse rotation, the bolt connecting the impeller and the shaft will fall off.
3. When the rotor pump motor is reversed, pay attention to the air outlet direction of the cooling fan of the motor. After the motor reverses, the cooling air can not be sent to the motor shell. The motor temperature rises quickly and the temperature is high, which causes the motor coil to heat up, the enameled wire aging, the motor bearing overheated, or the motor burned out.
