1. Before starting up and using, check whether the oil level of the heat transfer oil reaches the specified oil level (150CM under the interlayer);

2. Clean the pot body and put in the materials;

3. Before the jacketed pot is turned on and used, the oil filling valve on the upper side should be opened;

4. Turn on the electric valve, turn on the switch button, and turn the temperature control knob to the desired position (mostly around 180°C, not more than 280°C)

5. Turn off the electric gate, close the oil injection valve, turn the hand wheel to tilt the pot body, and pour out the material;

The precautions for the use of the electric heating jacketed kettle are as follows:

1. The power supply must be equipped with a leakage protector according to the power, first add heat transfer oil before using;

2. It is strictly forbidden to start the machine when the heat transfer oil is not installed in the interlayer;

3. It is recommended to use 320# heat transfer oil, which is recommended to be replaced once a year or so. If the working time is not long, the replacement time can be extended as appropriate;

4. After the work is over, close the oil valve, and then tilt the pot (be careful not to tilt) to pour out the material;

5. Check whether the fixing bolts of the crank handle are firm to avoid friction and leakage between the heating tube wires and the pot body.

The stainless steel jacketed pot can also be equipped with manholes, valves, sight glasses, level gauges, thermometers, pressure gauges and other accessories, which can be determined according to actual use. When customizing a jacketed pot, the more sufficient the basic data of the customer’s production process, the more accurate the design of the jacketed pot will be.
