In production, in order to ensure the safety and increase the service life when using the stainless steel liquid distribution tank, the stainless steel liquid distribution tank needs to be cleaned and cleaned after each shift is used. 1. Before cleaning the liquid mixing tank, it is necessary to confirm that there is no remaining material in the tank body, and then clean it.

2. Connect one end of the water pipe to the cleaning ball interface on the top of the liquid distribution tank, and connect the other end to the floor drain. Open the water inlet valve first, so that the cleaning ball is working and water is poured into the tank.

3. When the water level of the liquid mixing tank reaches the water level observation window, turn on the stirring and open the sewage outlet valve.

4. Clean while stirring, keep the water inlet volume of the water pipe consistent with the water outlet volume of the liquid mixing tank, and rinse for two minutes. After rinsing with cold water for two minutes, turn on the temperature knob and set the temperature to 100°C. After reaching the temperature, rinse with hot water for three minutes. (If the material is not easy to clean, you can add an appropriate amount of baking soda as a cleaning agent)

5. After adding baking soda as a cleaning agent, rinse the mixing tank with clean water until the water quality is neutral with phenolphthalein reagent.

6. After cleaning the dispensing tank, turn off the power and clean the surroundings to complete.
