Stainless steel reactor is a container used to complete the mixing and reaction of substances in chemical industry. Stainless steel reactor body part: stainless steel reactor body is composed of cylinder and upper and lower heads, the material is generally 304 or 316L stainless steel. The kettle body is the space used for chemical reaction of materials,  usually closed, and sometimes open, mainly depending on the reaction medium.

The stirring device of the stainless steel reactor: the stirring device of the stainless steel reactor is composed of a stirring shaft and a stirrer. The rotation of the stirring device is driven by the coupling after the motor is reduced to an appropriate speed by the reducer. In order to make the materials mix uniformly, have good contact, and improve the reaction efficiency and quality, it is necessary to install a stirring device in the reactor. The vertical stirring shaft is cantilevered. If necessary, an intermediate bearing or a bottom bearing can also be arranged in the reactor.

Heat transfer device of stainless steel reactor: the heat transfer device for heating or cooling is set inside or outside the stainless steel reactor, which is usually jacket outside the reactor or snake tube inside the reactor. The heat transfer device can be added or reduced according to the production process.

Stainless steel reaction kettle shaft seal device: stainless steel reaction kettle stirring shaft is rotating, and the kettle body head is static, so the stirring shaft must be shaft seal, shaft seal is to maintain the reaction kettle equipment internal pressure or vacuum degree, prevent the reaction material escape and impurities infiltration. Shaft seals are usually packed or mechanical seals.

Other accessories of stainless steel reactor: other accessories of the reactor refer to its accessories, mainly including manhole, handhole, various connecting pipes, thermometer, pressure gauge, sight glass, safety relief device, etc. accessories can be added according to the production process.
