1. It is related to the concentration of production materials. Some materials have low concentration before mixing, and the concentration will gradually increase during mixing. In this case, when the production material concentration becomes higher, the lift of the emulsion pump will be affected. The solution: you can add a delivery pump in front of the emulsion pump to increase the resistance of delivery.

2. Pipeline influence during output of emulsifying pump. If the material is delivered directly, the lift is certainly not too big of an impact, If the middle elbow goes too far, it will not meet the lift requirements.

3. Distance from the feed end. When the distance between the discharge port of the stainless steel tank and the emulsion pump is too long, the lift of the emulsion pump will also be affected. Because the emulsion pump has no self-priming capaci  ty, so when the pressure at the feed port is too small, the discharge port will also be affected.
