Liquid seal: liquid seal structure is simple, there is no direct contact with the drive shaft friction parts, in the reactor kettle equipment working pressure under the atmospheric pressure, the role of the shaft seal is only used to prevent dust, impurities into the tank, or just to isolate the working medium and the reactor kettle equipment around the environmental media contact each other, the liquid seal can be selected.


Packing seal: Packing seal is a shaft seal structure used earlier in reaction kettle equipment. The packing seal has the advantages of simple structure, low manufacturing requirements, convenient maintenance, etc., but the packing is easy to wear, the sealing effect is not reliable, suitable for atmospheric pressure, low pressure, no corrosive materials.


Mechanical seal: mechanical seal is the sealing surface of the rotating shaft from axial to radial, through the two end faces of the moving ring and the static ring each other, and the relative movement to achieve sealing device. The mechanical seal has the advantages of low leakage rate, reliable sealing, low power consumption and long service life, which can meet the requirements of production automation and various high temperature, high pressure, high speed, low temperature and corrosion.
