Emulsifying pump is a kind of precise combination through rotating stator, which produces strong shear force in high speed rotation to achieve the purpose of mixing, crushing and emulsifying. Emulsifying pump can disperse, shear and emulsify the material in a very short time. In production, the emulsion pump will encounter some failures in the use of the process, these failures will directly affect the production efficiency of the emulsion pump. In case of failure of emulsifying pump, the following four methods can be referred to for inspection and maintenance.

1, emulsifying pump before use need to clean the pump body;

2, the pump head must pass cooling water before starting, so as not to cause drying and cracking damage of the machine seal;

3, after powering on, pay attention to the pump head no reversal phenomenon, such as the pump head reversal, please stop immediately after rewiring and start again;

4, emulsifying pump in normal operation, need to pay attention to observe whether there is material leakage of the pump body, such as leakage, should immediately stop the operation of the equipment, check and eliminate the cause, and replace the mechanical seal;

5, emulsifying pump in operation is not allowed to have dry powder, small lump of material directly into the pump chamber, emulsifying pump emulsified material must be fluid, dry solid will make the stator of emulsifying pump stuck, causing motor burn;

6. If abnormal noise occurs during the use of emulsifying pump, it should be shut down and carefully troubleshoot;

7. After each production, the pump cavity should be cleaned, so as to maintain the efficiency of the rotor and protect the machine seal;

8. Before using the equipment, the user shall formulate corresponding safety production operation procedures to ensure the safety of operators and equipment; Check the fixed rotor regularly, and replace the corresponding parts in time to ensure the effect of dispersion and emulsification when excessive wear is found.
