In the production process, the stainless steel stirring tank is usually equipped with a certain stirring device to accelerate the reaction speed, strengthen the mixing and enhance the effect of mass transfer or heat transfer. In the process of mixing, there are often some factors that affect the effect of mixing.
The way of liquid circulating in the range of stainless steel stirring tank is called liquid flow model, referred to as "flow pattern". The flow pattern and stirring effect are closely related to power.
1. Axial flow: the direction of fluid flow is parallel to the mixing shaft, and the paddle pushes the fluid to flow downward. When it meets the bottom of the container, it turns up to form an up and down circulating flow.
2. Radial flow: the flow direction of the fluid is perpendicular to the stirring axis and flows along the radial direction. When it encounters the wall of the container, it is divided into two streams of fluid for upward and downward flow respectively.
3. Tangential flow: the fluid in the baffle less stainless steel mixing tank rotates around the axis. When the flow rate is high, the surface of the liquid will form a vortex. The tangential flow should be controlled. Baffle can weaken tangential flow and enhance axial and radial flow.
In the process of use, the stirring effect of stainless steel mixing tank is affected, so it will affect the use of mixing tank, so we must pay attention to and control the influencing factors, so that the mixing tank can play a better effect.
