Water heating: this method is generally required when the temperature is not very high will be used, heating system is divided into two forms: closed and open. Open type is simple, it is composed of circulating pump, water tank, pipe and control valve regulator, when the use of high pressure water, equipment mechanical strength requirements are high, the reaction kettle surface welding snake tube, snake tube and kettle wall gap, increase the thermal resistance, heat transfer effect is reduced.

Other media heating: When the temperature is relatively high process requirements and to avoid the use of high pressure heating system, at this time we can use other media to replace steam or who, generally we can use some such as liquid lead (melting point 327℃), mineral oil (275 ~ 300℃), diphenyl ether mixture (boiling point 258℃), molten salt (140 ~ 540℃).
