High shear emulsifier should pay more attention to keep the emulsifying head clean in peacetime:  
1. When the machine is not used or another material is to be replaced, in order to ensure the cleanliness of the production of the next batch of materials, the emulsifying head part needs to be cleaned as required.  
2, should be cleaned in accordance with the requirements of the emulsifying head and the working fluid contact part, especially the head of the cutting wheel, cutting sleeve, homogeneous sleeve sliding bearing and sleeve, these should be removed clean and then mounted.  
3. After cleaning and reassembly, hand turn impeller, there should be no stuck phenomenon. After the pot body and pot cover two flanges are relatively fixed, the motor of the point moving homogenizer turns correctly, and no other abnormalities can be started.  

In addition, it should be noted that due to the high speed of the emulsifying head, it can not operate in the state of empty tank in the emulsifying tank, so as not to affect the sealing degree after local heating.
