1. Power on and heat transfer oil filling:

(2) When the interlayer pot is filled with heat transfer oil, first lay the pot flat, fix the pot body with the locking device, and then connect the exhaust ball valve with the oil inlet pot device. Open the oil measuring hole for exhaust. Pay attention to observe the oil measuring hole. Lay the pot flat until the heat transfer oil overflows in this hole. This hole is also the observation hole of heat transfer oil in flat time. When the heat transfer oil is less than this limit, please fill it.

(3) When the heat transfer oil starts to heat, remove the oil inlet device and open the exhaust ball valve. After heating, close the exhaust ball valve and turn over the pot for material pouring. Use the oil inlet pot device as a accessory. When refueling, connect the refueling device with the exhaust ball valve, and remove it after refueling.

(4) Measure the temperature of the heat transfer oil and detect the set temperature through the electric control box. When it exceeds the set temperature, it will not continue to heat. On the contrary, when it is lower than the set temperature, it will continue to heat.

(5) A ball valve is installed at the bottom oil drain device. When the oil needs to be drained, the ball valve can be opened, which can make the oil drainage more convenient.

2. Turn off the power supply and heat the material when it reaches the predetermined temperature. Turn off the heat transfer oil when it is washed. The hand wheel can be rotated to tilt the pot body for unloading. At this point, one operation is completed.

3. The capacity of the heat transfer oil shall be checked for each operation to avoid dry burning and damage to the equipment.

4. In order to ensure the cleanness of heat transfer oil, replace it every 3 months.

5. In order to keep it clean, it should be cleaned every time it is used.

6. Before using the tilting sandwich pot, check whether the lubrication of the rotating parts is good, fill the oil cup with grease, and inject an appropriate amount of grease into the bite of worm gear and worm.
