Electric heating stainless steel reactor has the characteristics of rapid heating, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and no environmental pollution. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, pesticide, medicine and other industrial fields. So, how to operate and use the electric heating stainless steel reactor? Ordinary electric heating reaction kettle is in the form of jacket, that is, the sub kettle body of electric heating reaction kettle is made into double layers. The stainless steel reactor is equipped with an electric heating rod and injected with heat transfer oil. When the power is turned on, the electric heating rod will continuously generate heat and increase the temperature of the heat transfer oil. However, the heating process of the materials in the reactor is completed by increasing the temperature of the inner cylinder through the heat transfer oil. The agitator of the electric heating stainless steel reactor is vertical to the inside of the reactor body. According to the size of the stainless steel reaction volume, the electric heating reactor with large volume shall be equipped with a support frame at the bottom to strengthen the agitator, so as to avoid the left and right vibration of the agitator due to uneven stress, which will affect the service life of the electric heating stainless steel reactor.

The electric heating stainless steel reactor needs to be installed on a stable workbench and keep the kettle body, agitator spindle and the ground vertical. Connect the feed pipe and discharge pipe of the electric heating stainless steel reactor, and install the expansion tank. The electric heating stainless steel reactor generates heat by relying on the electric heating rod to increase the temperature of the heat transfer oil, and then increase the temperature of the inner cylinder through the heat transfer oil. The heat transfer oil has the characteristics of thermal expansion and cold contraction. The electric heating stainless steel reactor must be equipped with a collision tank according to the regulations, so as to avoid the overflow of heat transfer oil and will not block the overflow port.

After the electric heating stainless steel reactor is powered on, pay attention to the voltage, frequency and cable specifications to avoid dangerous accidents caused by too thin lines, and check whether the reducer needs to be lubricated. Before using the reducer, add appropriate lubricating oil according to the model of the reducer, and check whether the sealing device of the electric heating stainless steel reactor is reliable.
