Stainless steel reaction kettle needs to be cleaned for a certain period of time, i.e. removing impurities. It mainly applies equipment with circulating water pump. Some detergent, agitation and high temperature radiation are added to the reactor:
The correct cleaning method not only ensures the quality, but also improves the efficiency, but many customers choose not to clean. For a long time, many sundries have accumulated in the stainless steel reactor, which will not only affect the service life of the reactor, but also affect the efficiency of the reactor. The reactor should be cleaned immediately before discharge.
Three points shall be noted during unloading of stainless steel reactor:
1. during cleaning, the kettle cover and sampling valve shall be cleaned, and a small amount of nitrogen shall be taken under the water condition in the kettle;
2. after removing most impurities, introduce water into the kettle and stir it for about 10 minutes. Then the kettle can be opened and the inner chamber of the kettle can be cleaned;
3. do not use it for the time being, and add 70% industrial ethanol and absolute ethanol to the reactor.
The purpose of removing impurities (i.e. cleaning) of stainless steel reactor is to remove its own sundries after a certain period of application, so as to ensure that the equipment will not be corroded by sundries and increase its service life.
