How to transfer heat in stainless steel reactor

Stainless steel reaction kettle can be customized according to customer requirements, such as anchor type, slurry type, pot wheel type, push type or frame stirring type. Stainless steel reaction kettle is used in a wide range of industrial industries.


1、 Electrically heated reactor

The reaction kettle is equipped with a collet outside the cylinder section, and the cylinder jacket is equipped with an electric heating pipe, which is then filled with heat transfer oil. During the operation period, the electric heating pipe is distributed by the control cabinet. The electric heating tube uses the power supply to heat, and the heat is transmitted to the inner cylinder by high-temperature heat transfer oil, and then the inner cylinder is transmitted to the materials in the pot for heating. In order to control the cost, the large-scale reaction kettle will reduce the thickness of the collet, causing the inner cylinder to be thicker than the jacket. This will cause heat dissipation and waste. It is recommended to wrap insulating cotton outside the jacket when installing the reaction kettle, which can greatly reduce the cost of electric heating, and the electric heating reaction kettle is environmentally friendly and zero pollution.


2、 Heating reaction kettle with collet

The reactor itself has no heating capacity and needs to be heated by external heating furnaces, heat transfer oil boilers, etc. The cylinder jacket of the cylinder jacket circulating heating reaction vessel is provided with collets on both sides of the cylinder section, and the baffle is arranged in the cavity between the collet and the inner cylinder, which is conducive to the circulation of heat transfer medium. During operation, the heat transfer medium is heated by the outer boiler or the heat transfer oil boiler, and then the management baffle is used to guide the heat transfer medium into the reactor collet. After the heat is released to the hot inner cylinder and heat transfer medium, the heat returns to the heat transfer oil boiler or heating furnace along the pipeline for heating again. The advantages of the collet circulating heating reactor are safety and low heat cost. When heating furnaces or heat transfer oil furnaces are used, open flames are inevitable. If there are inflammable and explosive ingredients in the material, there is danger. Using pipelines to isolate heating equipment can prevent such hazards and control costs.
