The refrigeration system of stainless steel reaction kettle is mainly used for cooling the chemical change kettle, which can timely take away the huge heat energy formed by chemical change, achieve the purpose of cooling, improve product quality, and is widely used in chemical and pharmaceutical fields. In chemical production, stainless steel reactors need more low-temperature refrigeration because of their large refrigerating capacity, some of which reach more than 10000 kcal per hour. The speed of most chemical exothermic reactions in the stainless steel reactor refrigeration system will increase with the increase of temperature and decrease with the decrease of temperature. If the reaction temperature decreases, the reaction will slow down, and unreacted substances may deposit in the stainless steel reactor. If the reaction temperature rises to high again, unreacted substances may start to react. If there are enough unreacted substances, the heat energy released by the reaction may exceed the cooling capacity of the reactor.
