The customer has previously tried to use wooden barrel fermenters and glass fermenters. Because the yeast of red wine can only operate normally in an environment between 10℃-32℃, the temperature is too low, the yeast activity will slow down or even stop, and the temperature will be too high. Killing the yeast completely stops the alcohol fermentation. However, wooden barrels and glass fermentation tanks require more manual temperature control during fermentation, which is more labor intensive. Later, the Yunnan customer heard that the stainless steel fermentation tank can be used to effectively control the temperature with an interlayer, and it is easy to clean after the fermentation is completed, so they ordered a stainless steel fermentation tank to make red wine from ZHONGHAO
