Chicken Essence is a kind of compound umami agent, and it is one of the commonly used condiments in daily life. Its basic ingredient is based on 40% monosodium glutamate, adding fresh additives, salt, sugar, chicken powder, spices and chicken fat, sweetener, starch, chicken flavor and other ingredients to prepare seasonings. The technological process of chicken essence is: raw material crushing, mixing, granulation, drying, screening and other steps, in the mixing process of raw materials need to use stainless steel mixing tank equipment.

5. Add monosodium glutamate and sugar and stir evenly;
6. Put in starch and dextrin and stir evenly;
7. Put in a small amount of water and stir evenly. The entire process of feeding, stirring and mixing is about 15-20 minutes.


In the actual industrial production line, the stirring of the stainless steel tank can be selected according to the characteristics of the material. Generally, there are paddle stirring, anchor stirring, frame stirring, spiral stirring and other stirring forms.
