2. Material: the inner tank is made of stainless steel 304 or 316; the jacket is generally made of stainless steel 304; the outer protective shell is made of stainless steel 304.
3. Upper cover: Two openable movable covers, which are easy to clean, and the inner and outer surfaces are mirror-polished.
4. Emulsification tank body: the inner surface is mirror-polished, and the roughness Ra≤0.4μm.
5. The surface treatment of the outer shell: mirror polishing or 2B primary color matt or 2B matte surface treatment.
6. The structure of the inner tank bottom: it is processed into an R angle by spinning, and there is no dead corner after welding and polishing with the inner tank body.
7. Safety device: It can be equipped with multiple safety devices, such as vacuum safety device, sandwich safety valve and so on.
8. Emulsifying head form: The user can change the emulsifying head form according to the product characteristics, and process the product with the most suitable equipment.
