3. Calculate the volume of the stainless steel reactor according to the space setting design of the production plant, the diameter of the reactor, the height of the reactor body, the selection of the tank cover, etc.;
4. Determine the design (optional) volume and number of stainless steel reactors;
5. The diameter of the stainless steel reactor, the height of the cylinder, and the head are determined;
6. Calculate and check the heat transfer area of the reactor, the design of material import and export and the connection of pipelines according to the production nature of the material and the structure of the production line;
7. Stirrer design and selection;
8. According to production requirements, configure manholes, sight glasses, level gauges, pressure gauges, thermometers, valves and other accessories;
9. After determining the above conditions, draw the design drawings of the reactor according to the conditions;
