Electric heating stirring tank is the material for stirring, mixing, homogenization, etc., with stable operation, low noise, simple operation, strong adaptability and other characteristics, is the ideal stirring, dispersing and other mechanical equipment. Electric heating stirring tank before use, the tank must be ironed with light hot water, and then washed clean with steam disinfection treatment. All kinds of materials into the tank, need to be fixed on the tank cover of the material tube, or open the tank cover into the input material should not be too full, so as to avoid the material is stirred when splashing, forming an unhealthy environment or loss. 
When electric heating stirring tank leakage, how should we check: 
(1) The insulation of the outlet end of the electric heating tube (wiring insulation and magnesium oxide insulation) is damaged; 
(2) whether the surface of electric heat pipe is damaged due to improper use; 
(3) whether the electric heating tube connection touches the liquid or other conductive medium; 
(4) circuit wire drops and carrier touches; 
(5) whether the electric heat pipe power supply part is polluted resulting in leakage; 
(6) the high power electric heat pipe is not effectively grounded; 
(7) The electric heating tube has burned out.
